Curry Puffs กะหรี่ปั๊บ are a Thai version of the samosa and has an iconic clam shell swirl. It has a firm puff pastry crust with a curry filling. I've made these with a Massaman Curry Filling.

*Massaman Curry Filling* - Adjust Flavors to your liking*
Ground Beef 80% Lean - 1/2 lb (227 g)
Massaman Curry Paste (Maesri Brand) - 1/2 can (67g) *corrected
Yellow Potato - 1/2 potato
Yellow Onion - 1/2 onion
Palm Sugar - 1.5 tsp
Tamarind Liquid - 1/2 tbsp
Fish Sauce - 1.5 tsp
Coconut Milk - 1/4 cup
*Outer Dough*
All Purpose Flour - 2 cups (330 g) + 1 tbsp (see video for technique)
Sugar - 1/2 tbsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Vegetable Oil - 1/3 cup

    Hi Thun Thun, I am your follower, admirer. I bought the seeds from Etsy. They arrived today in seeds, not the kaffir lime fruit, from Turkey. But I will be away from home tomorrow. What should I do. Can I put the seeds in the fridge and handle them when I am back? (In 6 days) Or, if I start the seedling, germinate them today, can I plug in the Seedling Heat Mat and put them on there for 6 days continuously? Did you do yours for 5 days, or 5 days, 8 hours per day?

      @@SincereLe-nr3ue hi, thank you for following! Are they dried seeds? If so, you can wait until you return home to prep them and germinate them. The dried seeds don’t need to be refrigerated. When I germinated them, I left them on the heating mat all day without shutting it off, until they germinated. Let me know if you have any other questions.

    These thinly sliced Beef Stroganoff-influenced dish is called “Bistec” in Khmer, not Loc Lac. Loc Lac are cubed beefs and made by the Vietnamese. This is “Bistec” and it is a Khmer dish. Cambodia was a French Protectorate, not a colony, meaning they were the French ally. That is the reason to why they aren’t antagonistic towards the French and Americans like the Vietnamese and that is why they are more susceptible to French and American influences.

      @@ohShnapss I have Khmer-French relatives mixed since the 1900s we say bistec. Maybe those Khmers are the same Khmers from rural areas calling Num Pang Pate sandwiches as Banh Mi.

      I use cactus succulent soil but any type of well draining soil will work. I just use wet paper towels to wipe them. Happy planting’
